Still fighting off too many health issues. Thankful to still be with Jen. We had a nice V dinner together. I passed on meeting friend Jim for lunch. Just didn’t want to go anywhere feeling crappy. He caregiver his mom and gets out between 10 and 4 when he is out. Meds, food, ambulatory issues otherwise
off to chiropractor later. That will help a few issues hopefully

I was cleaning out a cabinet the other day and found our old brown/beige crockpot, in there.
I told hubby that it probably works as good, or better, than new ones. So many great memories of good meals, from that old one :-)

FYI: i’m going to try spending less time on the computer/tablet/phone and see if it helps my eyes. I’m desperate at this point!
But I’ll check in tomorrow for the 1984 book club but will only be here intermittently other days :( I won’t be able to catch up on every post and I’ll miss everyone’s goings on. I have to try everything I can first. I have 2 appointments in the next month so hopefully one can help me if I’m doing my part too.

I can see that being on the computer would have an effect on your eyes.
I read that we don’t blink like we normally do when staring at screen, which dries out eyes.
I did not realize this about not blinking normally when reading a screen. We probably do when reading a paper book. Do we?
