My wife and I raise Angus beef cattle on our farm. You know, hamburger, steaks, etc.

Every once in a while, people I know and who know I raise beef cattle have asked me an offhanded question that wasn't fully considered, as to whether I'm a vegetarian.

Picture the look on my face of "Is that what being a vegetarian does to your brain function?"

A real face palm moment.

I wonder if B12 supplementation is included in the guidelines. If they’re recommending no meat, it ought to be.
