Will this be the theme for the Oscars ?
To: Kaslin
So how long until she is blacklisted? Hollywood does not tolerate dissent.

Too bad their church is not with them.
Especially the bishopric.
To: Kaslin
Normally I would say, “this is just another star, and I still don’t care”.
However, an actually reasoned position being taken by someone in Hollywood is both rare and dangerous, and she should be applauded for paddling against the stream, as it were.
But... I still don’t care.

Shes been an outspoken pro-life conservative and still landed the roles on Raymond and The Middle. I dont know how she managed to do it, but she seems to have inoculated herself against the lunatic left. Maybe because she does TV and isnt a so-called Hollyweird A lister? Her father was a long time, well-known sports writer, Chuck Heaton, maybe they laid off her out of respect for him? Anyway, shes a very talented comedienne and Ive long been a fan of hers.

She has been open about her conservative views for a long time. She said it hurt her career but she didn’t care. She really is a rare person in Hollywood.
To: shelterguy
It has hurt her career. Basically two sihgnificant jobs since Raymond finished.
She’s very funny in The Middle.

The Middle was very successful. It was cancelled. My opinion is that it was the same thing they did to Last Man Standing with Tim Allen.
To: Repeal 16-17
Oh, her roles have been severely limited because of her conservative patriotism for quite some time.

Here's another Trump supporter in Hollyweird: -In 2015, Gary Busey supported Donald Trump's 2016 presidential bid saying, "For the American people, vote for Donald Trump come election night." In late 2015, he again expressed support for Trump's candidacy for president.
In 1978, he starred as rock legend Buddy Holly in The Buddy Holly Story with Sartain as The Big Bopper. For his performance, Busey received the greatest critical acclaim of his career and the movie earned Busey an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor and the National Society of Film Critics' Best Actor award.
In 1996, Busey publicly announced that he was a Christian, saying: "I am proud to tell Hollywood I am a Christian. For the first time I am now free to be myself."

Actor Robert Davi is an outspoken political conservative, often speaking at Republican Party gatherings. He has been invited to comment on numerous political shows and backed John McCain during his presidential campaign. He narrated several film montages that aired during the 2008 Republican National Convention.
Davi endorsed Donald Trump in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.[29]
Davi has spoken at numerous Conservative Political Action Conferences in Washington, D.C. He was a frequent guest on Fox News's late-night satire program Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld.[28]

I liked the show. One of few family comedies where the dad wasn’t an idiot. That said, the show had pretty much run its course. The kids, except for Brick, had grown up, and the show was really about the parents and kids. It was good while it lasted and maybe they didn’t want to jump the shark.
