Explain to citizens that anyone in favor of open borders will be given an ‘extra tax’ splitting the cost of illegals with other ‘believers in illegals rights to live here’.
People who don’t believe in ‘open borders’ will NOT have to pay this tax.
Then ask them to ‘check the box’ on their tax return. It’s time to get everyone on the record - TO PAY THEIR SHARE.
