Because she wasn’t ARRESTED!!
> No pussy-footing around, gee whiz! <
There is a simple - and constitutional - way to handle this. If what the lady said was serious enough, first go to a judge and get an arrest warrant. Then break that door down.
And if you couldn’t get a warrant, you just gotta walk away.
Am I under arrest?
Agent: No.
~~SLAM~~
I'll bet if you ask her though, she'll say Trump's a fascist.
Thats fine but if I were her Id figure theyd be watching my every move very close

She wasn’t arrested because the agents evidently didn’t have enough evidence to first get an arrest warrant, or at least a search warrant.
So arresting her would have been the wrong thing to do.
And I actually think she did the right thing. It’s a crime to lie to a federal agent. So why take the chance of saying something wrong? No warrant = Goodbye. Have a nice day.
OMG!! You are SIDING with someone who THREATENED the President!! PATHETIC!
Thanks for the sane response, Blue House Sue.
Just because they are on the opposite side doesn’t mean they don’t have rights...whether we like it or not.
LOL, this nasty ole b*tch is in trouble. Hee hee.
Keep digging, you dumb@ss skank!!
I agree with Ann Archy. Career feds of any kind are most likely to be Rats.
Are you serious? How did you find her facebook page?
Only the first part would be grounds for the warrant. Asserting one’s rights is never grounds for abridgement of the rights.
A lot of people believe that refusing to answer questions is suspicious enough that it gives the cops grounds to do x, or y, or z. IT DOES NOT.
BTW, DID she threaten DJT? I did not read the article, so I’m not sure that she actually did.
Hes (Flynn) an idiot if he believed Strzok and some other FBI shitheel. She did the right thing - just slam the door in their faces. They got nuttin.
Some background:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/871
(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits for conveyance in the mail or for a delivery from any post office or by any letter carrier any letter, paper, writing, print, missive, or document containing any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States, the President-elect, the Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President of the United States, or the Vice President-elect, or knowingly and willfully otherwise makes any such threat against the President, President-elect, Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President, or Vice President-elect, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
(b) The terms President-elect and Vice President-elect as used in this section shall mean such persons as are the apparent successful candidates for the offices of President and Vice President, respectively, as ascertained from the results of the general elections held to determine the electors of President and Vice President in accordance with title 3, United States Code, sections 1 and 2. The phrase other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President as used in this section shall mean the person next in the order of succession to act as President in accordance with title 3, United States Code, sections 19 and 20.
Threatening the President directly or encouraging others to do so IS A VIOLATION. What has not yet been sorted out in the courts specific to this title is the use of a means other than the Post Office. While there have been convictions for posting, the conviction for threatening Obama was overturned.
Absolutely. Look what they did to that Youtube guy. He had absolutely nothing to do whatsoever with Benghazi and they made him a fall guy and locked him up, a guy totally picked at random and of course our treason media said nothing about it.
It applies to any law enforcement. Never waive your rights.
Arrested for what? Making stupid comments on line that only warrant a visit from the Secret Service?
You're advocating for a police state and fortunately we're not there yet.......Sheesh!
Well, she didn’t say graduated.
We would all like to see that until it is us. That’s why we have a little thing in this country called “due process”.
