There is David Stras, who is a judge of the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He was appointed by President Trump, is quite young (44 years old) and was a law clerk for Justice Thomas. In my opinion, he would be an ideal candidate, if Justice Breyer resigned and President Trump wanted to replace him with another Jew (not that we should support identity politics).
