The typos are the White House's errors, not mine. They include one in the word "agreement" and in the word "immediately".
“I am personally bothered by ...”
Talking about personally bothered, Rand Paul was on the Hannit radio show today. Hannity asked him to explain why Hillary and others shouldn’t be held accountable for their alleged (perhaps proven) crimes. Paul never really answered and Hannity didn’t bear down on him for a real explanation. Makes me think that neither of them are shooting straight with us.
So president trump should have sent back a personal email? Huh? He gets like a zillion per day probably. No big deal here. Its ok.

Don't take it personal.
I’m old school, I sent him a letter.
You must not have read the article (on here or Lucianne.com) from a congressional staffer about how letters, email are handled.
They are opened by an unpaid intern who gives them a cursory scan to see what they're about (immigration, government spending etc) then they're put in a like pile for a form reply to be sent.
Unless you personally know someone higher up the food chain they are never actually read and it's all a waste of time.
What surprised me is that a tally of how many for or against a given issue is not even kept. This applies to phone calls too. They really don't care.
So what’s wrong with Boiler Plate? Sheez.
I believe that our feral gubmint is irrepairably broken. I believ Washington city and burbs are inhabited by leaches that need extermination. I believe the United States has been laid waste by the values of leftists, communists, liberals, and progressives. Have a nice day.
How much time do you think President Trump would have to fight for us if he personally answered the fan mail? Hint, he wouldn't be able to even sort/prioritize the fan mail...
Im not bothered by the lack of specificity. It was probably written by a staffer who didnt want to make specific promises on behalf of the president. Its probably sent out in response to a wide range of correspondence, in which making specific promises would be irrelevant. I think the wording of the letter was driven by a need for efficiency.
Ill tell you what bothers me. The multitude of FReepers who think you said you were bothered by not getting a personal reply from President Trump. Im still not accustomed to seeing that level of ignorance elsewhere, though it abounds. Its especially shocking to see it here.
You got a canned reply that was written by some low-level intern. It’s as simple as that.
I think thousands of people are writing and emailing, and this reply is more than adequate to answer many similar emails. In a nation of 315 million people and counting, we can’t expect individual attention merely to an email.
