The White House is always, under any President, ‘functioning’ in chaos...it can’t operate effectively without it....I’d be worried if there wasn’t any degree of chaos!
You cannot have the success this President has had apart from chaos as that is how ‘order’ is achieved.
That whole crew—Mattis, Kelly, Cohn, McMaster, Dina Powell, Tillerson, etc., etc., were there and ready for a potential coup. Criminal and evil.

Tension can run high in any Administration for any number of reasons. It’s not a playground for kiddies.
