the house across the street from us just sold to a snow bird I live in Sun City West When we were first looking I had this idea Sun City was this nice little enclave somewhere to the west of Phoenix. Upon arrival, I was absolutely flabbergasted to find that it was just part of a 4.5 million people megalopolis. Green Valley turned out to be more to my liking and expectations.
