The King Soopers on 35th Avenue near Greeley West High School will no longer stock its Tide Pods near the colorful candy following recent concern.

Next they'll remove the Pine Sol from the apple juice aisle. As if we can't read labels.

Should have said this with the article, sorry:

For those unfamiliar with King Soopers, it's the Kroger affiliate in Colorado, and probably a couple of other states.

A true marketing genius working at a candy company could make a killing were they to introduce a product that resembled Tide Pods but was in fact, candy.

“Uplifting experience” shopping for groceries?

That is beyond stupid.

Another snowflake is loose.

Now that environmentalists have forced the removal of phosphates from detergents, you know, the one chemical compound that actually cleaned stuff, it might be hard to tell the difference between the two.

Obviously, they have really stupid high school kids. That said, what store manager puts the laundry detergent next to the candy? Food goes on one aisle while household products go on another aisle. Maybe the King Soopers went through the same management training as my local HEB manager.

Gummy vitamins are now in the shape of gummy bear candy. Vitamins also look like chocolate candy. Either they don’t contain enough vitamins to hurt a kid if he eats the whole bottle or never in the history of the world has a kid ever sneaked into the medicine cabinet.
