? Lotsa discussion that I’m bored with. You can’t explain it adequately, sorry. I was a DP for a minute back in the day and I know about key light, shadow and positioning and you have no idea what you are talking about.

Do me ONE solid. Look at the reflection of the guy from the video I linked to...the one where his REFLECTION starts in the bottom right and then floats OVER the bottom right side of the shuttle. Do you have an explanation for that CLEAR example of a reflection? Or will you just ignore it to hang on to your fantasy?

Yup. Won't even look will you? I examined your claim in minute detail by actually doing some research and studying the video. You believed some guy on the internet and won't look any further than that. Go ahead and look at the proofs I set out. The videos themselves are irrefutable proof that it's a reflection..irrefutable unless you choose to keep your head in the sand!

And instead of trying to discuss the issue and how wrong you are you keep trying to deflect on to other areas.

IF you want to stake out a claim on a video where definite proof exists that you're wrong you might want to do some basic research first.

The reason he was ducking was he was watching the monitor to see how the shot lined up, and his face bled through where there is a blue-ish colored sticker.

Absolute nonsense. You can clearly see his reflection in other areas besides the blue especially in the link I pasted where the video is much clearer.

Also if it WERE blue screen, as you're suggesting, then any blue area on the "model" would show up as transparent...NOT the guys face. Thus the blue area on the side would be transparent, the blue backgrounded starfield on the American flag would be transparent.

Heck, the nasa logo is BLUE. That must have made it extremely difficult to make your mythical models NOT have areas that would always be transparent.

Also just a little while later in the video, at 4:27, there's a another space shot...this time with the earth in the background. And the color of the earth? Mostly BLUE. This entire area would be transparent, not mostly blue.

You’ve obviously never used Chroma Key. You have to light it perfectly for the best effect, which is why TV studios have fixed lighting and fixed levels set for the Weather segments and other news.

LOL... sorry if you don’t know the difference in color temperatures for different shades of blue, and that’s what the Chromakey picks up or drops out. The blue in the American flag registers a different color temperature.

Actually I have. I used to be an electronic/game tech and often had to work on Chroma Key systems that were used as entertainment mediums where I worked. The lighting was not relevant to anything except for making sure that the lighting levels of the subject and the background matched enough to make it look realistic. The lighting had nothing to do with color bleed through. That was all done with camera and background adjustments.

And so have I... shot many a video with 70’s era Chroma Key and we had to constantly test for bleed through.

The sticker and the other place with bleed through were shiny and probably reflecting off the “blue earth” lighted globe in the studio as well.

As for stars, you’ve got to be kidding. The globe shown in these videos is absolutely covered in clouds, too, LOL.

It's not fake and it's not an obvious fake. The only reason you think so is that you've spent way too much time on youtube watching flat earth videos with absolutely no critical reasoning applied to it. You refuse to believe what is clearly and absolutely a reflection on a monitor and instead need to construct an elaborate explanation as to why a reflection is anything but what it appears absolutely to be. And you refuse that because you feel "special" that you've been "woke" about a mythical flat earth conspiracy.

Ummm...because the shuttle is shielded from radiation? In fact the shielding stops just about every type of radiation except for gamma (if I remember right). They are also mostly in low earth orbit, which helps, and they also avoid the pole where the Van Allent belts concentrate radiation.

If you're really concerned about space radiation and how nasa tries to minimize it you can look it up. It's ALL OVER the internet. Start here.

That there are no stars proves you know nothing about photography, either.

There ARE stars. The link I gave explains PERFECTLY why they are't showing up in SOME pictures...the ones where there are bright objects that they actually wanted to show in the photographs. Why don't you refute the link with your apparently vast knowledge of the flat earth and the multifaceted conspiracy theory you have to embrace in order to believe it?
