A red breakfast, pretty perfect! I didn’t think of it till now but I am making pasta sauce for dinner tonight. This is the first time in a long time I feel good enough to cook something. Hubby will have to lift a heavy pot with water in it, but I figured I could Brown some ground beef and Italian sausage and add tomato stuff to it. Arm still feel okay even after doing that.

I’m looking on Amazon for a nice soft heating pad. The one I have is a Walmart cheapie and it is scratchy. Who knew I was doing everything wrong? I was doing ice and anti-inflammatories. Guess that’s the opposite that tendonosis needs. With heat and gentle stretches, I seem to be coming along way pretty quick. I went from chronic pain over the weekend to only intermittent.

It was only me and a couple other people. But there’s no worry about this part of the country, Carter County typically about 80 to 85% Republican. I almost said when I went to physical therapy that everyone should go vote. But I actually hate doing that, I would like to know how people boat before I encourage them :-)
