Closest neighbor is 4 acres way E&W and 25 N&S. Is that longer than 16 gallons by 100 gallons?

I had to stop feeding birds because in drawing them to my back yard, I was creating a target-rich environment for my cats.
It’s sad to see a momma bird screeching, and when I look around I see a baby bird in my cats’ mouth.
