I was a project manager for a large corp. 15 subordinates.
then I hired the 16th. He interviewed well and knew his stuff. I knew everybodies stuff. Whenever I took a project problem and solved it with a small team, solo, duo or all, he had this habit of thanking me, sometimes with an actual pat on the back. I took exception to being thanked as I felt it wasn’t his place to thank me. I really took offense when I got the pat on the back along with it. One day it got to much and I said, “Hey Dick (he hated being called Dick and prefered Richard). So “Hey Dick, there’s only two people in this world that can pat me on the back. My father, and my manager. you’re neither of them. So please do not touch me again and stop thanking me for doing the Job that my manager assigned to me”.
This was many years ago and I’m 15 years into retirement. I’ve never asked any body about it but was I being a butt hole or do you think I had a valid point?
I am not AT ALL confident that the deep state investigative apparatus will find out the ‘source’ of the ‘bombs’ UNLESS they can irrefutably find a Trump ‘supporter’ responsible.
Not only that; a deep state operative would easily know how to evade detection.
