That could be a dilemma. If somebody illegally casts her ballot and she is underage, the voter’s registrar could come after HER for the illegal vote, not the anonymous person who cast the ballot. Registrars do look for this sort of fraud, more so in some states than others.

You should keep the ballot as evidence of improper registration by CA. Every little bit helps, eventually that ridiculous motor voter stuff will be repealed.
Be SURE to contact your registrar of voters to have her removed from the rolls. You do not want somebody casting her vote illegally and her getting in trouble.
This really stinks. Maybe the registrar can shed some light on how she got registered.
I would go see the county registrar and have them investigate why and also demand they remove her name from the rolls until she is eligible.
More voter fraud. A friend received an absentee ballot from Florida where he has a winter home. He’s registered in PA not FL. I think they fill in the blanks once they get them registered.

She was pre-registered at the DMV when she applied for her learner’s permit.
Do not destroy the ballot. Keep it as evidence.
Did she also get the regular voting guides, info in her polling place?
Iow, where is she registered, where is her polling place?
As soon as that comes - or call the registrar - and find out, make sure her name is removed.
It would be good to be able to have it flagged to see if anyone came in to vote in her name.

It sounds to me like a “real” ballot, but check carefully. Some candidates make mass mailings that look “official” as part of their campaigns.
Mail it to President Trump at the whitehouse. Include a full explanation. Do not send it to local officials. You can bet that they already know about it. This is likely evidence of vote fraud via fake ballot requests from democrats. Someone goofed and actually sent it to your daughter.

Wow, I didn’t know that they let kids do Motor Voter pre-registration when they got their learner’s permits. That’s not good when things like this happen.

Calfornia is registering those in high school automatically somewhere along the line is sounds like your daughter received a ballot under those circumstances. The are pre-registering those at 16 IIRC and those that will be turning 18 will be receiving ballots. It was done because...well not enough people vote or something like that...
