Judge Kavanaugh will have his say.

It’s a she-said he-said which means it has ZERO weight in law. The Senators, including Democrat red-state Senators, are under tremendous pressure to vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.

Unless this woman can produce compelling evidence, she loses. She has nothing. Red STate Senators cannot vote to deny Judge Kavanaugh in the face of she-said he-said. It’s just not enough.
