The city has so far installed four uritrottoirs to help curb errant excretion around the capital. A fifth is planned. Five in the entire city? On average you would have to walk about 1/3 of the way across the city to get to one. Nothing like a two mile walk with crossed legs.

I remember seeing a men’s urinal in Grenoble on a path along the river! At first I didn’t know what it was although when I got closer I saw men going in, standing for a minute and then exiting with a smile, haa!
