A solid phalanx of exemplars of Trump Derangement Syndrome, led by their Indian Queen, Elizabeth Warren.

Good old MN senator Amy K joined in in the noise...
her behavior will likely find it’s way in to a TV ad..

“a judge must always keep in mind what Alexander Hamilton said in Federalist 83: ‘the rules of legal interpretation are rules of common sense,’’ Kavanaugh said.”
no wonder the kommies are scared shiteless of this guy: the last thing the kommies EVER want on SCOTUS (or any court for that matter) is common sense ...

I wonder how many Dem heads would explode if Judge Kavenaugh answered their question with, “That rant doesn’t warrant or deserve an answer!”
To: Morgana
A judge must be independent and must interpret the law, not make the law.
Many democrats will interpret that as meaning that, Roe vs Wade is not law. Since it was a "judgment" not based on law, democrats will use his statement against him. R v Wade is not written law, and the "unwritten" law was not passed by congress.
Kavanaugh is a gonner for that statement. (unlikely, but some democrats might interpret it that way)

That’s Loathsome Linda Sarsour attacking anything that’s decent, Western, and pro-Israel. Judge Kavanaugh is all three.
Worthless Pallie creep needs taking down by Tonya Harding.

I’d like to think that both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh understand the importance of having some solid Conservatives on the SCOTUS - wouldn’t it be grand to not only add Gorsuch but to get a third pick for Trump......I made a pledge to donate an extra $50 to FR if Kavanaugh was confirmed by 15 Oct 9or so)....gonna honor that even if they’re a bit late but have my fingers crossed that it happens very soon.

Watched Feinstein try to weasel trap him. He’s very calm, fact based, and calls out their attempt to get an answer to a “ hypothetical”.
Their kabuki theater exposed.
This is a guy we need. He’s a straight shooter, and not a politician like the “ wise latina”
To: trebb
I think Gorsuch and Kavanaugh like Scalia and Thomas want to uphold the constitution which is basically a “conservative” traditional document. As such, they appear to be conservative because the constitution supports conservative rights. Dems want to “change” the constitution and insert stuff that ain’t there for progressive purposes.

Agree - but I also think it takes a Conservative mind to get to the point where upholding the Constitution seems like the right thing to do....the Dems are always finding nonexistent "Noble Cause" clauses (as do a few FReepers from time to time) which they intend to replace the Constitution with.
Won't wish anything bad on Ginsburg but am hoping for another pick to come along...

Yep - would be able to be satisfied with one more pick, but there’s at least 2 that should happen if he stays in the WH for 2 terms....that would be worth every bit of the Dems crap...
