Still the third most rotten president behind only Obama and Clinton, a lover of all Communist and Mohammedan tyrants, and a hater of Israel.
To: sodpoodle
One good thing about Carter was that he was a Washington outsider. He was especially hated by the Kennedy wing of the party.

Sounds nice, but he’s kind of living proof that we don’t necessarily want a ‘good man’ to be President.

Lots of bad stuff———but he did NOT become president to further his riches, unlike the Clintons and Obamas.

Well, good for him. Lousy president, but that was a long time ago and I'm glad he's happy in his life.
To: sodpoodle
Carter was a very foolish President.
He invented “The Misery Index”, and it came back to bite him.

The article takes a shot at Trump for being a billionaire, not mentioning that he earned it, and not mentioning that he donates his salary.

Every time I think of Carter I think of gas lines.
They sound like they would be very nice neighbors, but he was a terrible President.

To quote Winston Churchill describing Clement Attlee. “He is a very modest man. Indeed he has a lot to be modest about.”

... Because, as we all know, that’s how many days the Iranian dogs kept our men captive.
I feel like I gotta explain it, it was so long ago.
But I’ll never forget.

Carter was a smart guy but very naive in his understanding of the world.
Clinton...well, we know what he was there for.
