Chicken & Watermelon? Isn’t that racist? Would it be racist if a restaurant was opened up called WHAT BLACK FOLKS EAT?
Lost in the story - there is an eating establishment called “Chicken and Watermelon”. How has this place not been protested and either boycotted or forced to change its name?!?!?

New Orleans blacks are not as PC as other blacks. The whole confederate monument thing was the work of outside agitators. The local blacks could mostly have not cared a less.
BLM never really caught on here.

I wonder if Tiger Woods has ever eaten at that restaurant. Maybe Fuzzy Zoeller or Sergio Garcia could provide directions.
There are so many possible names for restaurants.

The locals don’t care and they have some really good food and the chicken and watermelon punch is legendary.
