Thanks; sadly, we shouldn’t pretend anymore that they are any different than Indian reservations. Both of them are taxpayer-funded concentrations of dysfunction, situated in such a way as to prevent interference with the people paying the bills and making the trains run on time.

Selling drugs? I presume you don’t describe licensed pharmacists as “homies selling drugs.” And they’re not convenience stores selling toothpaste and other legal medications over the counter. I thought that selling illegal drugs is illegal, even in California, even in San Francisco. So why not summon the police to cart them away to jail? Or are the police so impotent because the politicians restrain them from responding to the problems?

By the way, workplace cafeterias usually provide good, well-paying jobs to responsible employees (not drug addicts). So why is the City trying to drive them from business, or at least halt their expansion?

The moonbats should ensure hospitals and schools (grade school through universities) are also included in their crazy plan. Makes perfect sense.

Tax codes give businesses a tax break for the workplace cafeteria and in most union agreements, it is mandatory for employers to provide the workforce a place to eat.

Class action suit to file claims against the city if they hinder the workers from their workplace privileges.

and what about the employees who have to pay more for lunch?

SF is getting into the spirit of the new and improved Dem slogan: F’ the people

Or in SF’s case: Sh*t on the People

Oh by the way, I came up with a new way to fix the scat problem in SF.

Just stick a sign in the pile that says FREE. The LEFT just love free stuff.

How many people would lose their jobs working at the company-owned cafeterias.

I’m from MD and we seem to follow CA when it comes to your regulations and taxes.

I’m sure the new “zoning laws” would prohibit that too....kind of funny how insane it is - try to force a “food tax” on workers and redistribute it to a specific set of businesses....

The police are not doing anything, as directed by the mayor. You know, if you don’t arrest them, then there isn’t a problem.

This a plain denial of reality and wishing the world was as they would like it to be, instead of dealing with what it really is.

I have a friend who is a police officer in said city and I see him occasionally in his cruiser sitting at specific locations because he is there to be visible, not actually do anything. And that is what he is DIRECTED to do.

He says to me that he sees 100 arrest level crimes every day (committed by minorities) and that he has been instructed to ignore pretty much everything except gun crimes.
