Clearly it was 100% the whole time as they ignored that the suspect won the coin flip. Maybe these cops could work a Vegas casino the way they swing odds to the house. LOL.

One of my long time friends, a former Miss Little Rock got pulled over once when I was in the car. Swear to God she rolled down the window smiled at the cop and said "was I bad?" He told her to slow down. That's it. 😀
