When I was watching last night, I was also here on the thread so I paused the movie at points to type and when I went back to play the movie it was over and it would not let me restart it so I have it set to record today. Long before DC can be changed (if ever, due to demographics) , it will be far more effective to distribute cases out to Federal jurisdictions in other States.
