There are some that they cannot verify a familial relationship with the adults they are with. Don’t know if that is true for this group of 2000.
This must be how Trump plans to show the world the truth about that. Once the order is signed and enacted there will still be a detention center where children, who don’t have parents to stay with, will be segregated. (Should take up most of the facility.)
