Exactly. The poor plants, victimized by America's refusal to sign the Paris or Kyoto toilet papers, know they are dying.

And in one last brave act of defiance against us AGW-skeptics, they decide that even if it's too late for them, they can at least ensure a legacy through their descendants, and thus they burst forth in a glorious profusion of pollen that's the largest ever seen.

Dang - that climate change happens every Spring and all them thriving plants push out the pollen - looks like “Climate Change” has been going on even longer than they feared....

Amazing how far science has come, eh?

In ancient primitive times, people refused to believe that negative natural phenomena like droughts, blizzards, floods, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, crop failures, etc, were just random natural occurrences they had no control over.

Instead, they blamed these disasters on mankind, on human behavior. These were all our fault because we'd inadvertently done something to anger Mother Nature, and needed to make amends by sacrificing more victims.

But today, Big Science is far too smart to knee-jerkingly blame every negative natural phenomenon on human behavior, right?

Right?

It has nothing to do with climate change. More people are allergic to more things. Did you ever hear of a peanut allergy 20 years ago? gluten allergy?

One hive or a hundred, the problems are the same. Its all connected to the Wx and those damn Varroa Destructors !

I can tell I am due for my spring sting. The dandylions have been prolific this year and the spring honey is gonna taste like a big stick of butter covered with honey !!

In Florida it seems that pollen is off the charts. I can actually taste it. My independent studies have led me to believe that the fall hurricane we had last year had something to do with that. All the trees were beaten up badly with all the acorn blooms blown off. We had almost no acorns this year and we usually get them by the millions.

Now where's my Grant money!?

I heard the simplest explanation this morning driving to work by a doctor on the radio. April in my area was the coldest in 20 yrs. thus not a lot of usual things were blooming, then May hit and everything seems to be coming in at once, so grass pollen, trees etc... Instead of a week of this pollen which may not be an issue you get whanged with it all at once. Makes more sense than the globull warming crapola.

My brother keeps bees and he has caught several swarms this spring where in the past he has had to order swarms.

I remember when it was THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT! Then Popular Science said they would NEVER use that term again as it was false. The Coming Ice Age then became the rage.
About 12 years later they were back, with Global Warming!

What a bunch of Malarkey! It’s not global warming. It’s a good growing season.

Global warming then morphed into “climate change”. And Al Gore gets a nickel.

I always thought it was linked to spring pollen. 😀

My morning deuce signifies the last unpleasant exchange I had at FR or on social media.

But in all seriousness, if climate change is responsible for helping me cure a lifetime of seasonal allergies...

...BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!

My allergies have been about the same this year.
Maybe you should inform The European Fecal Standards & Measurements Board in Zurich.
