We all knew this was coming. She will probably win too because she’s a democrat.

Some principle - you get to flip people off? Honestly, I hope she gets laughed out of court.

There was a freerepublic thread on this when it happened.
Can anyone find the link?

So, anyone seeing her in public should greet her with a middle finger?
I can do that if she flees to Texas.

She had the freedom to flip him off. They had the right to fire her.

She must be suing for enough money to retire, because few will want to hire her now, seeing how sue-happy she is.
To: simpson96
She needs to realize that flipping off anyone reflects badly on her and, but indirection, her employer. Sadly, the MSM laps this crap up, trying to make her a hero. Megyn Kelly’s a political pimp.

She has those dead, 1000 yard stare, crazy eyes. Wish there was a joke here, but nope. I'm getting the willies just seeing those pictures..

I filed this lawsuit against my former employer today because I believe that Americans should not be forced to choose between their principles and their paychecks, Briskman said. What if your principles stink?

Well, it is her side that regularly destroys people’s lives for expressing their political views and even nonpolitical views that are contrary to the LEFT agenda.
But I dont think they fired her for expressing her views, I think they fired her for expressing her views in an obscene way.

I see now that she was promised 4 weeks of pay upon separation and only received 2 weeks. She is only suing for that sum of $2692.30. Actually, she probably DOES have a case, but she is making it worse by dredging up all that Day-After The Election-#Resistance vemon once again.
