They want everyone to be equally interchangeable in society, denying differences like intelligence and ability. Saying that sex is an opinion that can change leads to “there’s no difference between any sex, we’re all equally valid sex partners”.
You see the same movement bullying lesbians to have sex with mentally ill biologically intact men who identify as women and lesbian or saying the man is obligated to have sex with his homosexual friend.
You can’t say both that women are better / men are toxic AND there’s no difference between them as demonstrated by changing your gender identity today.
You can’t say sexual orientation is innate but biological SEX is not.
You can’t say that sex is fluid but someone can be born in the wrong body.
The irony is the lack of logical consistency, though they ignore this by saying logic is oppressive.
She says she’s a man but has a uterus and menstruates.
A handy rule of thumb would be that media references to the sex of the individual in question are always opposite their biological sex. In this instance, it's a female on synthetic testosterone. Her plumbing is female, although testosterone does masculinize things to an extent. Not anywhere near looking or functioning like a male in that regard, though.
