Cultural Marxism: destroying a successful civilization is the goal so that it may be taken over and the useful idiots, far from ruling, will be used as cannon fodder or the first into the gulags.

Just another example of what happens to a city when Democrats are in control. The entire state of California is also starting to see the Democrat decay.

Poo-poo
Parking tickets
Expensive rent/mortgages
But one more huge thing:
High SF hostility to KIDS. Really, really hard to bring up kids there.
SF has many more dogs than kids.
Are you a very high-earning, car-hating gay person who loves architecture and amazing restaurants..?
Then SF is for you; for ALL others it’s a pass.

You would be welcome here, Princess Leah. Liberals hate Kansas, so there are not many of them here.

At the end of the article, they admit that the inflow is slightly greater than the outflow.

One of the reasons for the exodus is the cost of living in San Francisco.
According to the Mercury News, the median price for homes in Silicon Valley fall anywhere between $800,000 to more than $1.4 million. Thats compared to the U.S. average of $206,000.
The basic message of the article is correct, but there seems to be some confusion - San Francisco is not part of Silicon Valley. Silicon Valley is the Santa Clara Valley, some 40 miles south of SF and vastly different in terms of weather, terrain, architecture and mindset. Both areas suffer from high housing prices, though.

San Francisco is experiencing a mass exodus. The citys liberal policies are to blame. And the rats will bring their disease to their new homes.
