I find Hillary's use of the phrase "brought to heel," when referring to "super predators" reveals her world view: She is the master and "super-predators" are pets who must be taught to obey her. Normal people don't want "super predators" brought to heel; decent people want them stopped and eradicated. She never thought we'd ever apply the term to her, because she never gave us permission to do so, and she never thought she would lose.
