Giving the Intelligence community carte Blanche is not always a great deal.
Untethered spending on spying means that they can spy without control.
How about someone manages the intelligence agencies using the law.
Too many people are rushing to hand over unbridaled power to the President. That might be fine today...but what about in 20 years?
