Long ago I had an instructor,a former WWII Navy Corpsman.

He enjoyed telling about carefully removing twenty-foot tapeworms from civilians after the war.

I like sushi, and generally don't like fried food, but at this point I'm thinking no more seafood that isn't deep fried, or cooked cajun style.

I like the taste of sashimi, but not enough to risk intestinal parasites for it. There’s a reason our ancestors started cooking their food.
