In my opinion, by the looks of her, she’s on the payroll of China or North Korea as an agitprop agent.
Hopefully, this quack, seditious wretch will get her due.
Her license expired in 2015. I wonder what she has been doing (for work) for over two years now.....
NO ONE will take her license away....NO ONE...She;s a DEMOCRAT WOMAN....they are UNTOUCHABLE!!
Losing your license doesnt strip you of your MD.
CT Law:
Sec. 20-9. Who may practice medicine or surgery. (a) No person shall, for compensation, gain or reward, received or expected, diagnose, treat, operate for or prescribe for any injury, deformity, ailment or disease, actual or imaginary, of another person, nor practice surgery, until he has obtained such a license as provided in section 20-10, and then only in the kind or branch of practice stated in such license.
She practicing without a brain, for sure!
“Since she’s not offering her opinion for therapeutic purposes I sincerely doubt it. She’s not “practicing medicine” in this context. “
That is the big issue...
She is offering medical opinions as an MD psychiatrist on the mental fitness of Trump to be president.
This is in violation of the Goldwater Rules for psychiatrists. (ethics violation in every state)
It is especially damaging if she is claiming to be an MD and is not licensed as such. It is practicing medicine without a license.
Psychiatry is an actual medical science, which diagnoses mental disorders of the brain.
Psychology, isn’t a medical science, but still examines behavior based on statistics and analysis.
Open and shut case:
A doctor cannot make a diagnosis without examining the patient.
A doctor cannot publish a diagnosis without the consent of the patient.
Publishing a fake diagnosis without consent is doubly unethical.
If the author actually has an MD, then it could easily be pulled by filing the proper paperwork.

So YALE also allows their “doctors” to give
controlled substances without that license, too?
YALE MEDICAL SCHOOL MUST LOSE ITS ACCREDITATION
If the nutty bitch isn't expecting to be "paid" for babbling about the President, she's not in violation. This raises a couple of questions:
1) Does anything in her book qualify as an attempt to "diagnose, treat operate"?
2) Does selling the book (for money) qualify as "compensation etc." for an attempt to "diagnose, treat operate"?
Here is the listing at the Yale website that clearly states that she is “Accepting Patients.” She must be licensed to do so.

Accepts new patients? Yes
IMO.
And I'm not an MD, nor do I claim to be one, nor do I pretend that my opinions are a diagnosis, treatment, or operation.
“yet she is claiming to be an MD.”
She’s a moron, but she’s still an MD. MD or medical doctor is an academic degree confirmed by an accredited medical school which cannot be revoked after issued by the medical school(unless the institution determined that the degree was obtained via fraud, cheating which would be exceedingly rare). Of course medical licensure is subject to ongoing regulation which can result in expiration, reprimand, or revocation by the State.
She can opine on Trump and use her credentials to enhance her credibility with the public, but she is not practicing medicine (psychiatry is a branch) unless she actually sees the patient in person and does a physical exam.
All her statements are mere bloviating and have no legal or official standing. Even if she were licensed, her statements have no standing because she did not see the patient and conduct an exam.
She uses political libel under the color of Psychiatry
and the banner of Yale Medical School.
Would that not make BOTH Yale and her candidates for
massive lawsuits?
A person would still be an MD despite an expired license. The MD is an academic degree, while the license is necessary for the practice of medicine. SO depending on what s/he is doing to earn a living now there might not be a problem here.
She IS an M.D.
