They did not define “shall not be infringed” either, but I still know what it means.
Natural born citizen means one is naturally a citizen because one could not possibly be anything else, born here of citizen parents.
Children of foreign nationals are precisely who the founders were excluding with the phrase.
The fraudulent birth certificate image (no document has been examined by anyone) states that he is ineligible because he has a foreign national father.

If Obama held a press conference and admitted that he was the illegitimate son of Frank Marshall Davis, born in Kenya, and that revelation was what ultimately caused the separation of his Stanley Dunham and Barack Obama, and that he was a card carrying Muslim Communist, who believes white people, Christians, and Jews should be executed in the streets, what difference would it make now?

I think there's an additional problem though: The State of the Hawaii Health Department can't find it.
I have always been able to get certified copies of death certificates--mine, my wife's, my children's, my grandfather's, even my great grandfather's. All arrived with an official seal on them.
I haven't tried to get copies of the birth certificates of George W. Bush, John McCain, or any other President, but it's my understanding that the first tow have released all such records to public scrutiny. I wonder why Obama hasn't.

You nailed it. Not only did he commit fraud on the US electorate, but at Columbia University and Harvard and the Chicago electorate...which is why he was protected from being removed from office because he is a natural born citizen. He’s just not the spawn of Barack Hussein Obama I from Kenya.
When this whole controversy started in 2008, the then governor of Hawaii, decided on his own, to find the birth certificate and publish it. He thought it would put the controversy to rest.
After some weeks, he was forced to admit that they could not find the original birth certificate.
The evil most fundamental to the destruction of Western Civilization--and in particular the United States--is contempt for Truth.
We see it every day--on television, in the words and actions of politicians, professors, and so-called "journalists"--it's everywhere.
But Truth seekers continue to love Truth and to uncover it.
Truth, like beauty, can come from anywhere when it is free to come. This is why those who hate Truth seek to silence the voices of those who seek Truth. They do not want the light of Truth to shine and illuminate the dark places of their world and their minds.
They would still have to authorize it, I believe.
Your request is probably certification enough to them. I have no idea how they don’t know if someone is scamming them.
Liberal Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie said “it’s actually written down in the archives” - he was unable to find a document - just the writing. Hrrmpf. Zullo interviewed the woman who was heading things up (I think) back then. She said “We didn’t make mistakes”. NA said “he was going to put an end to this controversy” - he didn’t because he couldn’t.
Hollywood Reporter guy said “There is no Obama birth certificate!”. I heard him on the radio on a cut-in while driving. He said it to other radio stations as well (documented on YouTube at one time). THEN he claimed a few days afterwards that he’d never said it. Somebody played back HIS OWN VOICE saying it. He still pretended he didn’t hear it. It was obvious he’d gotten “a call” or something. He played all dumb and not very well, BTW.
The side profile isn’t the same but the face has always been striking.

That is correct. That’s why we have this ridiculous coup attempt on a legally-elected and legally-eligible President for this past year or so.

That’s correct. It should, by any measure, mean the end of the corrupt Democratic Party. It would also mean the political end, in a sane world, of those who ran interference for Obama. Which includes a few GOP Establishment types.
