Picky, picky. Some of us don’t care about what other people imagine the lower size limit of a boulder to be. They should look it up in a dictionary before trying to hijack a thread with their complaining.
On the topic, though, it appears that our country is suffering a rash of such incidents on highways—mostly around concrete jungles.
