Iirc, the fire wad in an underground vault. I understand why they do such things in NYC, buy not in GA.
An underground vault should have halon to limit damage, but this is the same utility which touts its ability to design backup power systems (see link). So go figure that they weren’t prepared for a fire. The lack of emergency lighting at the airport was appalling as well.
