“Reserving the right to refuse service technically became illegal with the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”
Even for anti-social behavior? “Get out or I’m calling a cop” behavior?
I’m sure the cop was not exhibiting antisocial behavior.
I looked it up, it’s illegal to refuse service due to race, color, religion, or national origin. As you would expect.
I’m sure this gets challenged frequently.
More than likely, at some time in the future, this subhuman will be calling on police to help her sorry ass.
Or driving a BMW while I help subsidize their rent.
I drive a ford focus......

She’ll likely go to a useless “historically black college” and get a useless degree in urban studies or black history and then get a job with the government doing nothing while hating whitey the whole time.

Oh yeah. . .forgot about that. . .ewwwww. . . .gross
Cops rarely pay for fast food on duty (well, some anyway). Most places will give it to them for free if they eat inside the store. Cheap security, and all that. I never got into the habit, and the practice is looked on more and more by police administrators as vaguely unethical.

Most McDonald’s give cops free food.
Subway would never treat an officer that way-—AND you can watch them make your sandwich right in front of you. No secrets....
When I was young I had a buddy who worked at a McDonalds just off of the University of Pittsburgh campus.
They would give free coffee to City of Pittsburgh police officers. When the Pitt campus cops came in however he would tell them “no, the free coffee is for REAL cops!”
Hopefully he never did so much as jaywalk within the boundaries of the Pitt campus.
Thanks Buckeye McFrog.
Your values have been terminated? Or did you mean he, she or (in the spirit of the 21st century)"It" has been terminated?
Wendy’s made the right choice... good for them.
