Perhaps I will be flying on that day and will have a nice view of his launch if I look down at three right moment.

I’m having trouble believing that the engine, as reported, is steam-powered. If it is, he’ll get nowhere near the altitude in the pic. Best guess is he’ll get maybe ten feet from the launcher.
His goose will be cooked.

Felix Baumgartner successfully skydived from 128,100 feet (24.2 miles, 39 kilometers) above Roswell, New Mexico.
In doing so, he now holds three world records:
The highest manned balloon flight,
the highest skydive free fall,
and — as confirmed by a Red Bull spokesperson earlier — the first person to break the speed of sound without mechanical aid.
The what? Shouldn't that be the "flat-Earth impenetrable dome program"?
