Old ink is hard to match. Newer ink that matches under one lighting condition will not match under different lighting.
My guess is it was originally from someone named Chris. Everything after his signature was added. But yeah, a real bad forgery none the less. Laughable actually.
It could be sitting on a shelf with a slight bend that creates a gap. All it would take is the pages not being stacked together in a perfect slab. Books that have been handled are sometimes like that.
I had some exposure to document examination before I retired. It would take great skill to make such a close forgery free-hand. (Not that David Axelrod couldn’t find someone to do it). The signature differences could be explained by the difference in passing years. (But they’re still pretty closea little TOO closemaybe a tracing?)
The difference in inks, however, could be readily disclosed through infra-red lighting. (And why Moore has asked for the original).
Assuming that at least part of that inscription was actually written by Moore, I believe she said that Moore was a regular customer at that restaurant. As such, she would have interacted with him on any number of occasions. My theory is that she had a teen-girl crush on Moore as an older authority figure, and that's why she brought the yearbook with her to work.
Back in those olden times, it was quite common for girls to have autograph books in which they collected signatures and brief messages from friends, relatives, acquaintances, and occasionally celebrities. Perhaps she used her yearbook for that purpose, and didn't restrict it to fellow students and teachers as is usually assumed.
Lots of questions....
- Why the Christmas time date?
- What was the date on the accuser’s divorce papers?
- Were their other similar messages and signings in the yearbook?
- Is Delbra Adams still alive? Has she been asked to comment on this?
- Why is there what appears to be an out of place large common just above his name?
- Does it not seem totally weird to sign one’s name with a ‘title’ behind it on what should be a highly personal note? Who ever does that?
If you look at his signature you find he starts with a capital letter which does not connect to the next letter.
Then look at the word Love, where the writing does connect to the next letter.
Incongruent
Allred does not want this in the courtroom.
She wants the Senators to grill Roy, and they would be allowed to lie, like Harry Reid did about Romney not paying taxes for ten years.
“...Reid (and all members of Congress) are basically immune from legal action for statements made in the course of the legislative process whether on the floor of the Senate or in committee hearings.”

Just playing the devil’s advocate for a moment...
Is it possible that the “two color” version is actually the fake?
Could it be that CNN (known for producing fake news) altered the image to TROLL Moore supporters who they knew would immediately pick it apart looking to discredit the accuser, or uncover a conspiracy?
I don’t trust CNN in any way, shape, or form.
The fact remains...that yearbook absolutely needs to be examined IN PERSON by forensics experts.
Strange that he is the only Senator left off Bannon’s list but that doesn’t matter to Cruz haters does it!!!
What? How is his assistant going to get hold of the yearbook? Did the girl give it to Roy to take back to his office and his assisatnt finished his message? Then he takes it back and gives it to the girl?
The theory is the accuser copied it from her divorce paperwork not knowing what the “D.A.” meant. She thought it meant “District Attorney.” He was actually a Deputy or Assistant (DDA or ADA) at that time in his career.

I've seen Deborah, Delbra, and Delver. Someone even called her Dilbert, but that was likely a joke.
Post 70 says, "I'm pretty sure that the lower "77" handwriting belongs to Roy Moore's assistant, Deborah Adams." That is saying the assistant actually wrote in the yearbook, too.
I think the lower handwriting belongs to the accuser or forger. Looks like a woman’s hand to me.
I don’t think it’s Moore’s assistant, Deborah Adams. That was used when Moore was a judge. There was a ‘signature stamp’ that his assistant would use and then write “/ D.A.” The forger thought that meant District Attorney - like that was a title (like President) you kept for life. Instead it was actually there because someone with the initials D.A. wrote it.
Id like to see handwriting samples from Alfred and every female in her employ, along with a sample from the accuser. I say this because the added printed copy - the date and Olde Hickory - look to have been written by a womans hand.
This Forgery. It’s not. These observations are totally bunk.
Ink changes color. Something spilled, even light since 1977 can do this.
It clearly says Roy. Could say Ray, but it’s Roy.
And the guy is prolly a creep. That doesn’t disqualify him from being the guy to keep Alabama away from the freakin democrat communist traitor though.
I think he should be voted in, but that doesn’t change the fact that he’s a creep. I’ve worked with a ton of GOP candidates in state elections and many of them are also creeps. This is because most people are creeps.
Next thing you know, the will be accusing Judge Moore of forging Delbra Adams initials in a yearbook
