I agree! I went to Tempe, Arizona, for the Fiesta Bowl when WVU played Notre Dame. Notre Dame players were so arrogant and cocky and taunted WVU players unmercifully that Lou Holtz had to go onto the middle of the field to yell at them to settle down several times. He was so angry.
The fans were not any better. Notre Dame led big from the very beginning, and yet the players and fans were the rudest I have ever seen. It was awful. I’m so glad Miami Hurricanes beat them by as much as they did! Yay!
The fight was certainly more entertaining that the football game was.
No wonder why people hate self righteous assholes like yourself.

That was more of a drunken *itch-slap session than a fight, I expected something a little different from the headline.

Now we are all getting a reminder of how obnoxious they are.
Why do the sports channels push Notra Dame football so hard? Every year they get a pre season top 10 and very rarely live up to anywhere close. Why? I don’t get it.
Disclaimer: I’m an SEC fan but if they are thugs, I will root against any team. So often rooting against coaches in the SEC wkho can’t control a team.
