The article goes on and on about braids, pumps, turtleneck, and fuzzy sleeves. One is led to think that the man who wrote this blather says “fabulous” a lot.
Not really the look for Vietnam, IMHO.

VietNam is the APEC summit. Any world leaders bring their spouses? Typical US news organization. They can tell you what the women are wearing or what Trump just tweeted, but substance is lost on them.

My opinion also. Wearing a dress that is significantly above the knee and a bit low cut is not at all what one would consider appropriate attire for a high level government official, especially one accompanying our President.
Confident women like our FIRST LADY aren’t petty or jealous of others. The writer is trying to make something out of nothing.
Hope Hicks would do better to dress a bit more professionally, with discretion and humility as an aide, and not seek excessive visibility.
