After more than 2 years with 155 charged waiting for trial, the first trial ended in a Hung Jury.

The case "chosen by prosecution" to be tried first? Ended with no unanimous votes. (at one point it is said to have been unanimous on the first question, not guilty on the conspiracy charge)

The trial has been a total circus from the beginning.

I doubt there will be a single conviction on the conspiracy charge. (I’m not an attorney)

This trial is not about what it has been presented to be about. It is an exercise in using high tech analysis to find conspiracy where there is none. And use that “conspiracy” to bargain plea deals to get those who committed no crime to admit to something to get their lives back.

Those guilty of murder? Are dead.

So how does sanity come back to the court system?

Sorting that out would seem to be the most important part of the investigation. I'm not sure if the cops executed the last of the biker murderers, but with all of the data available one would think that would be the most important issue.

Local courts were put in the constitution for a good reason.

I do not expect the “simple truth” to be revealed by the FBI or DOJ, in this or a couple of other cases. It is about the agenda, not the law.

According to my readings about the ballistics evidence, the Waco Justice System did not ask for, nor receive, any details on the .38 spl/.357/etc. rounds fired.

almost sounds like you were recommending Forces of Po-Po take the extra-judicial route to Justice, Texas, somewhere out far West of Waco, in those lands where the tumblin' tumble weeds (Russian thistle) and skulls of dead cows romantically represent what those lands have to offer.

Oh, ye of little faith that more proper Justice can exist, and maybe even be found in that Jerusalem-On-The-Brazos that is Waco (as Jim Parks enjoys describing it).

It's a interesting turn of events to have a gal with that name assisting him.

Parks has a history of writing about people named Feazell, I think...

I'm not going to point to just where Parks did so, but some of that sort of past writing history is available associated with what's referred to as the Lake Waco Murders that occurred in 1982 and had years of twist & turn fall-out after that.
