We kneel to get attention and because it’s really cool and PC. We kneel because we’ve been told by our grievance-mongering plantation masters that we must. When America’s fallen come from the Middle East they arrive at Dover Air Force Base in caskets covered with a star-spangled banner. When they are buried the flag is removed, elegantly folded, and given to a spouse, child, sibling, or parent.
You stand for the National Anthem. You kneel to pray for the country. Doing otherwise identifies you as feckless, arrogant, self-absorbed. Whatever cause or grievance you think you have becomes squalid and frivolous.
If they allow this to spread to college football the entire sport will collapse - not just the NFL. What a feather in the Communist cap of Kaepernick’s girlfriend.
We kneel to highlight social injustice and to highlight police brutality.

You are mentally unstable for holding a grudge against people who didn’t do anything to you, but who, in your warped world-view, are exactly equivalent to people who did bad things to people who, by your way of seeing the world, are indistinguishable from you.
Your world-view is insane.
I remember a time when success was defined in terms of marriage, raising kids, career, etc. Now there is an alternative definition. Success means convincing others to adjust their behavior for the emotional damage you have decided to inflict upon yourself because of some apparent slight. Success is then defined as forcing others into codependent relationships, instead of joining those who move through and around the same issues to achieve a traditional definition of success.
Monkey see, monkey do. Even the “cheerleaders” want to get into the act. They’ve gone “full retard”.
