We have our problems with idiots down here too. Your lizards and wildlife can be all over but Big Bend area is where you’ll see them in droves with the cactus (cacti?) and desert country. That’s why the ads say to visit Texas.......it’s a whole other country and they be’s right..........;)
Cute horned toad! They eat a diet of ants, and if you don’t have a ready supply of ants for them to eat, you had best not keep them as pets. I never kept horned toads because of that. I do have Chihuahuan Spotted whiptails, utas, brown anoles, a big fat leopard gecko, a granite night lizard, and a pair of Tucson banded gex (captive bred). Loves me my teeny lizards!
