“The Uninvited”

Every Friday night Chicago’s WGN would show spooky movies They called them “Creature Features”. My dad would let me stay up and watched with him.

Watched “The Uninvited” with my Dad when I was maybe seven years old but I fell asleep before it ended.

For years and years I wanted to find out how it ended. Occasionally I opened up the T.V. guide I’d find out it was on earlier that week! Finally after 2 decades I got to see it! Worth the wait!

Was busy on candy duty last night but love scary things so perusing FR tonight for spooky.

Thanks much for the great memory. Miss my Poppo and loved our time together we spent watching “Creature Features”.

Those late night creature feature type shows were good watchin’, I’d guess that those of us who were lucky to have grown up watching them all have some great memories.

You’d get all sorts of fare - cheesy, classic and some just plain fun flicks.

But yeah, “The Univited” is an excellent classic ghost story, so well done.
