Chuck Grassley is getting a lot of face time lately on TV. He as well is having a hard time stringing a sentence together.
She is talking like someone who is hearing the audio then trying to repeat it in echo speech. I’m guessing she has earbuds on narrating the speech and she is brainlocking trying to repeat what she hears.
This isn’t the first time this sort of thing has happened.
A woman I know who had normally bright and articulate became rather like I see in the Pelosi videos of late. It turns out she had experienced a series of TIA’s, mini strokes.
This is edited to highlight all of her speaking errors. But, even so, she’s got a teleprompter, and she still screws up. At various points she gets this lost, blank look you see in people who have senile dementia, or in football players right after they are concussed.
