Company and Field Grade ranks are full of these type guys. Today’s army isn’t the army that Freepers remember. Not to mention that the senior grades got to their positions via Obama.
Frankly, he should be forced to repay the tuition to Uncle Sam after he is dishonorably discharged.
Too bad hes not still at West Point so he could be summarily expelled.
or in the good old days , SHOT
Spenser Rapone Has received a first class college education so now he wants out of his obligation. But he is being quite stupid about it. He thinks he’ll not go to prison and even if he does when he gets out some leftist organization will give him a high paying position.
The military should put him in a remote stockade like in Alaska ot the Antarctic to await trial.
89 might fly, but probably not 91. The problem with 89 is that he may not have named a specific superior military officer.
As for 134, eating a non-kosher ham sandwich within the expected bursting range of a Jewish soldier is good enough to get you into court on 134!
:)
Many thanks.
He can’t get a DD, just dismissal as an officer. Works the same as a DD
The communism will run into federal law that specifically outlaws the communists organizations in America.
And what law is that?
The way it is done is the guilty party is reduced in rank to an E-1, then sentenced to incarcerations as appropriate, then, at the conclusion of their incarceration, then are given a DD.
This guy hates capitalism, the military and America. I know, he’s the next generation John McCain. He’s the millennial McCain.
50 USC 841-844.
If they are convicted by a GCM, they can be confined, be fined, or dismissed from service. Even if confined at a disciplinary facility dropping them from the officer rolls isn't automatic nor is reduction. Dismissal is a punitive sentence that may or may not include forfeiture of all pay and allowances and confinement but includes a removal from officer rolls. Depends on the court. But the result is similar to a DD.
No dismissal. 4 years in Afghanistan and an honorable discharge would be fair.
Nope, brazen asshole gets confined, dismissed, forfeiture all pay and allowances, pays back gov’t for cost of schooling.
