The article was from September (9/5/17) and involved Houston Texas crisis.
Current needs (9/12/17) include the entire state of Florida for rescue, especially extreme south Florida (the Keys) and extreme northern Florida (Jacksonville).
The "Cajun Navy" is Americans helping Americans, their neighbors.
