Um.... if you didn’t know it was pork, you committed no aveiyrah. No harm no foul. I’d be mad too, but hey, some kitchen workers are idiots. I used to be one so there.
Uh, if she’s really Kosher or vegetarian she would not be eating in a Denny’s. Everything is cooked on the same flat grill. There’s going to be bacon (or bacon fat) in everything cooked there.
Some people are stupid.
I find mayonnaise on a burger to be abominable.
Can’t recall how many times I’ve insisted that it not be included as an ingredient and yet there it is on my food.
And no I don’t send it back. Don’t need my food tampered with by a low wage disgruntled employee who got called out for screwing up the order. I take a butter knife and scrape it off as best I can.
It’s not complicated: if you want a kosher meal at a restaurant, you go to a kosher restaurant. You don’t go to one that serves bacon and cheeseburgers.
Simple line of questioning for a lawyer:
Are you a practicing Jew? If so, do you keep Kosher? If so, why were you eating in a restaurant that serves un-kosher food?
There are very strict laws when it comes to Kashruth (the laws of Kosher food.) One of them is that if Kosher food comes into contact with un-kosher utensils, it’s considered un-Kosher.
Kosher restaurants even have separate meat and dairy kitchens, and the silverware, plates, and utensils can not be mixed.
I don’t think Denny’s advertises that it’s got a Kosher kitchen.

Do you have anything that hasn’t got Spam in it?
That would actually be a willful sin on her part, and the Mosaic Law makes a clear distinction between doing that sort of thing and suffering a happenstance that might make her ceremonially unclean.
That doesn’t mean she didn’t. Only that the Law treats the one as far more grievous than the other.
Sounds like a jerk. If you can’t eat bacon, don’t go to a place that has...bacon!
If Denny’s lawyer has a brain he or she will point that out. If you and I, who are not experts, know that, surely someone in that law firm will.
Actually. If she were Muslim she’d sue the crap out of the owners. It’s happening in another case.
Meanwhile the spit on top of the bacon went unnoticed.
Wasn’t worth as much I suppose...
Same here. I just scrape it off.
Same with cheese. I ask for a “hamburger with no cheese” because if I don’t say that they assume I said cheeseburger.
Even if I emphasize no cheese, I sometimes get cheese.
I’ll scrape the cheese off if I can. If I can’t, I sent it back.
Cotton Patch has chicken fried bacon these days....
95% chance she’s a self-loathing liberal jew man-hater who voted for Hillary.
The next time I’m in a Muslim restaraunt and order pork, can I sue if they don’t put it on the plate?
Stupidity is among the only unalienable right the left really respects. The DNC would wither without it
Ugh. I can’t abide by the slightest drop of mayonnaise.
The most vile and disgusting creatures on the planet are the ones who don’t like bacon.
