Franks tripped over his own feet, twice!

And he literally dropped the ball on that fumble.

Just another in the line of failed UF QBs since Tebow.

That was his first game, it was on oddly slippery turf that made a lot of other players slip too. He also faced a very fast, well coached, top five defense.

Let him play a few more games.

Well the good news for Franks is that Zaire made Franks look like a Heisman candidate in comparison.

I thought they killed him more than Franks, their defense shifted seamlessly and took him apart. For a senior QB, he looked more than confused. His end zone fumble gave up 7 points. I was honestly surprised Mac left him in. At least Franks had one good drive, that early long pass of his was perfect, as well as some others.

Kid's going to do okay.

That is if Coach Mac doesn’t ruin him.

My theory is that when Coach Mac screwed up with Will Grier, that sent a message to other potential QBs that Mac is not a guy you want to play for.
