From what I was able to read, they stiffed the landlord who was renting them 32 apartments (!) and took off; don’t know to where.

From what I’ve heard and read, gypsies are the most vile, disgusting people on the planet. They’re hated wherever they go. I feel for the residents, but they will not win. They might as well put their houses up for sale right now, while they still stand a chance of getting something for them.

Yeah, I live about 3 miles from town. Heard the other day that they had skedaddled leaving poor Vito holding the bag.

Of course I was interested in seeing the interaction between the gypsies and the large numbers of "urban yutes" that our affirmative action univ. president has been importing into our one stoplight town.

Read the article in the 10/30/17 Observer-Reporter. It appears the Gypsies skipped out owing the landlord 30 grand and lived like pigs and destroyed the apartments.
